chapter 4 i thinkYou ever hear something so often you get used to it? The low hum of an armored car was quickly becoming like a lullaby to me. My body was numb and my eyes were way to heavy to lift. Slowly but surely I could feel myself regain control of "my" body, the feeling of millions of needles waking me up. My eyes opened. Yeah, another armored vehicle…. How did I end up in this one? Kori sat across from me, his hands cuffed, his eyes closed. "Hey… Kori… where the hell are we going?" He kept his eyes closed and shifted uncomfortably. I looked to my right, and there in the pew sat Dave, his legs kicked up on the row in front of him. For a second I had the urge to pull my gun on him, but it passed. I let my hand fall from the gun, a smile bigger than necessary growing on my face. "Where the hell did you pop out of?" was all I managed to get out of my mouth. He smirked. I have no clue what is supposed to go threw your mind when you see a mans head blown off, but I'm sure your not supposed to be calm, and that's what I was. I looked at the smith look alike with cool indifference. He smiled at me. "So as I was saying, your in a bit of a bad situation, you see, not only did you murder your schools principal, but in a fit of rage, you also murdered his niece, who is sitting outside of this very room as we speak."
